Why do you even have a call centre if no one actually picks up the phone, why do you have a call back option if you will not call back you customers. for the past two weeks i have been trying to get hold of someone in the call centre to find out why I haven't received my books and every time I try to track it I get an unavailable message.
I'm running out of time with my studies please either return my books to Unisa so I can get them myself, worst service eve
