My fiance purchased a brand new polo vivo at alpine vw, with such happiness as it is her very first vehicle, upon delivery the first - 5 days after we noticed a lot of minor defaults, and 2 of them stood out ie: vehicle does not start, and a knock at the back of the wheels, we decided to approach the said dealer and complaint, which resulted in us being thrown back and fourth with them merely sorting our problems out, finally on the 3th of may 2013 (friday) our vehicle gave up on the n2 and gave us such an inconvience, upon taking it to the dealer they informed us that its got problems with the gears,
For a vehicle that's merely doing -3000km's on the clock it raises very huge concern, to the point that a brand new vehicle coud deliver such defects, people from the dealership have been givingus such huge promises saying that our vehicle will be sorted but I can truly say we don't trust them, my fiance miss a narasiah pays - 3k for her vehicle which in these days as a average person is a lot, we regret ever purchasing a vehicle from this place and we also going to take it further so if anyone could help us please do, we will not accept this car, we need a new one
