On Friday 28 June, while attempting to get some documents glue bound at PostNet Benmore Gardens, I received by far the worst service ever from a PostNet.
These documents were urgent, and as Benmore Gardens is close to my office, I stopped there.
The shop assistant had to "find out" if they do glue binding or not, when I could see the machine from where I was standing...
Then she informed us that they don't do glue binding. When I pointed out that I could see the machine behind her, she had to "find out" again. She then informed me that they do not have the materials needed.
I asked her if PostNet in Sandton City did glue binding, to which she just replied "yes".
I then asked her to call them and check, because I was in a hurry, and did not want to waste time in Sandton City if I could avoid it.
She sighed, turned around and slowly started looking under random counters for a contact book. When she finally found the book, one of the other sales persons had to help her find the number for Sandton PostNet.
By the time she had picked up the phone and started dialing, I had already Googled the number and spoke to someone in Sandton City PostNet.
