I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dina Van Niekerk for all her assistance last week. Within a few hours after posting my complaint, it was sorted out and my money was refunded to me on the same day. She followed up with me on Monday to ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome of my complaint. She was brilliant with her followups and treated me with dignity and respect.
