MM Powder Coating delivered a security gate to Boleng Primary & Montessori Pre-primary school for the client Sentinel Security Solutions. Because Mr. van Niekerk arrived 3 hours later than arranged we had long discussions with the school they told us that they are not happy with his work as his quality is not good and he takes very long. They were even contemplating legal action against Mr van Niekerk. The school offered to pay us directly as they felt we might not get paid by Mr van Niekerk.
Up to date Mr. Herman van Niekerk does not answer his phone or ignores our calls for payment. The school now feels that it is not their responsibility to pay us as they contracted Sentinel Security Solutions for the work and paid Mr Herman van Niekerk.
