I rented a vehicle in March 2013. I then received 2 traffic fines where I was identified as the driver by Europcar to the Stellenbosch Traffic Department. I even had to pay R190 admin fee because I had a fine and Europcar had to do the admin. I noticed although it was the same make and model, that the number plates was different, but that Europcar named me as the driver of both cars!!! I then spoke to Michael and send an e-mail. They first said I had to sort it out. I told them I at least want value for my R190. They must rectify it, it was there mistake. Almost a year later and the fine is still against my name. I will never rent a vehicle from them again. It is dishonest on there side and they don't even want to rectify it.
