I purchased my Ford Focus 2.0 Si on the 27th September 2012 from your Multifranchise Menlyn branch, however I am UTTERLY DISCUSSTED with the service provided to me by the sales person, but ultimately the managing staff of this branch!
Days after I bought this vehicle I have discovered quite a number of issues with this vehicle and fought about it for quite a while with the dealership. On 2012/11/13 I sent a mail to Werner, the manager of this branch, to look into the issues I mentioned on the mail. After collecting my car and 2 weeks without transport, I phoned the branch and they told me all the listed issues have been resolved, including the most important thing to me - the engine light and apparently the PC board just had to be reset.
After collecting my car several times after I've received it back with the engine light still on I had no choice but to take it to a Ford Service Centre myself and have it checked out! Ford came back to me with a quote of R 9 833, 30 for the renewal of the Catalytic Converter and after being put on hold for hours and days of waiting for a response from management i was told I had to cover the costs myself!
I WILL BE TAKING THIS CASE FURTHER!
