I have been a loyal BP customer for many years and have always preferred their filling stations. I would like to report a branch that is disapointing. I went to the BP filling station in Queen Wilhelmina Drive, Nieuw Muckleneuk, Pretoria and I was very disgusted at what I found. The station is run as a "cash only" station. I wanted to have my car washed and buy a cool drink while I wait only to find that it is a cash only business. I decided to withdraw some money from their ATM/non-fixed quick cash machines only to find that the machine has a R100 limit and that it was out of order!! The transaction went through but I received several sms messages indicating that I am drawing money at a fashion house in JHB?! The owner only then appeared and showed me a sign on the bread basked saying out of order... I would just like to ask, what if i has filled up my car and had no cash?! The ATM poses an extreme security risk!! The shop is very dirty, noisy and un-kept! What type of business in Gauteng has no card facilities or a decent ATM or an owner that is aware of what is going on? I would just like to report this very badly managed branch and perhaps someone could intervene.
