DISGUSTING SERVICE/DAMAGED GOODS!

I purchased a Kia Rio 1.4 10 months ago. The vehicle made a terrible rattling noise when I changed gears. I returned the vehicle to the Fourways dealership, where I was advised that the noise was 'in my head'. I accepted the "expert" advice and continued driving. 10 months on, my steering wheel is peeling and the rattling noise is worse! The Dealer Principle at the Fourways dealership was exceptionally rude and refused to assist me when I brought this to his attention. He was nonchalant and flippend. I had then taken my vehicle to Kia Sandton, hoping for better. They advised that they had ordered me a new steering wheel (which I am still awaiting with baited breath) and the rattling noise has now moved from the passenger side to the drivers side! The rattle is now no longer temperamental, but very much consistent. Happens even when I don't change gears! I have brought these defects to the attention of both Fourways and Sandton and have received no joy. I have logged complaints on Kias website, facebook page and every other medium, but to no joy. Kia's after sale service is disgusting!
