Audi Claremont has been a nightmare to deal with - in stark contrast with other Audi dealers.
In summary:
- Took car in for diagnostics and was told it is perfectly 'driveable' while waiting for parts despite the fact that it idled very badly and cut out occasionally
- Car worsened and part did not arrive; when I called to follow up I had the misfortune of speaking to Mishkah Burns... the condescending Receptionist
- Was promised a courtesy vehicle but when I arrived to collect they had suddenly refused outright to provide one
- My car broke down on my way back and I had to rent a vehicle at my own expense
- Vehicle's wheels were rotated, but the locknut key was not put back, and the dealer simply has no explanation
Avoid Audi Claremont completely. There is a general smug arrogance about the staff barring only one individual: Jason De Wet. Jason .. I strongly advise that you get out of there and join an organisation that matches your dedication to sincerity and excellent service delivery.
