Am not worthy of a call back!!!

I got a new debit card from Standard Bank's Randburg branch on Tuesday 19 March 2013. The card worked as a card should until last night when I attempted to make a speed point purchase at the filling station's kiosk. The attendant showed me an error where as soon as she put the card in the speed point immediately asked her to 'Remove Card'. She tried it again as well as on a different machine. I went to the ATM to draw cash instead. After putting in my PIN the ATM displayed a message saying my card had been 'swallowed' and that I should contact my bank but the card came out. Twice. I am so lucky that the filling station was full and I'd decided to use the kiosk and fill up tomorrow. I can't imagine if I had filled my car and then had to explain that my card wasn't working! I called their call centre this morning and the agent Bafana told me the card was 'under construction'. I am still waiting for his supervisor Lazarus to call me back 2 hours later. I have no money and can't go anywhere because I have no petrol in my car! Here it sit awaiting a call from his royal highness Lazarus. This bank is unbelievable. I am the only in my family that still banks with them.
