Double charge for petrol

On the 18th of July 2013 i went to Vickys Service
Station to fill up my car. Irequested that he fill up my car which was primax ULP 93 which amounted to
R471.. I went inside the shop to pay using the debit card, i was told to put the pin and the machine was trying to authorised when it started hanging It kept on saying"authorising". I was
advised by the cashier go and withdraw cash at the ATM inside Sasol filling station in the save vicinity
I came back with cash to pay which i did. i was given a receipt written
credit card, not cash receipt as it should have been since i was using cash to
pay. To my surprise when i was checking my phone. I have received the sms from
my bank which is FNB notifying me that R471 has been reversed for purchases
at Vicky Service Station. Which puzzled me since i had already paid in cash. I went back to the filling station to complain i was told i must come on the 19th to see the manager after work who left their banking for the day saying they didnt receive it while on my account it has been rerseved by them.

All i need is my money to be refunded back and the employees for that filling station to treat people with dignity and respect
