This morning (11/01/2014) I went to World of Accessories in Randburg, to purchase a new tube for my bike's front tire. When I arrived, I clearly explained to the salesmen that the current tube has a slow puncture, and that there is a wrapping around the tube. So they must please use the existing wrapping, and I want my old tube back so I can repair it.
When I collected my wheel the technician in the workshop said he had to use my old tube as wrapping, but could not give me a reason why! I then went back into the shop, but could not find the salesmen who I dealt with, so I spoke to the person behind the counter. From what I could gather the manger was one of them sitting there. After I told them what happened, all they could say was "Oh f..." I then turned around and walked out of the store, as I was shocked by the way they have just handled the whole situation, and the choice of words that was used in front of a customer.
This is not good enough World of Accessories; I will not be coming back to any of your outlets, until I am reimbursed for the damage your technician caused. Also I would suggest that your are more respectful and professional when dealing with clients.
