On the 11/01/2014 I went to World off Accessories and had a rather unpleasant experience. I then took the time to write a report on Hello Peter to voice my unhappiness and frustration. I also got into touch with Wayne Farmer to inform him of the level of service I received and the lost that I have suffered.
I am pleased to say that Wayne has turned the whole experience around, and he offered to reimburse me for the damaged caused.
