Purchased a tube of colgate (143g) late August and upon using noticed a distinct chemical after tase with a numbing effect that lingered at the back of the throat for some time.
Contacted the Consumer line listed on the tube on 02 September 2013.
Consultant gathered my info and the nature of the complaint and assured me somebody would tend to this and a gift voucher would be rewarded as compensation and the tube to be collected for lab testing.
19September, today... tried calling the consumer line again to gain feedback but nobody answers nor returns the call after leaving messages at the prompt.
