I bought a tube of Colgate Sensitive pro-Relief at Woolworths (Woodmead) on Saturday 8 January 2014 - I was finishing my Aquafresh before I opened this new product... I trued to tonight, Friday 24 January 2014 - My partner and I could not get the safety seal off the tube as instructed - so now what? It is not a cheap product and I cant use it - what a waste of money - Can I please get a refund and compensation? I will keep the original tube and packaging if you require it - I can confirm MFG 3224BR123c with Expiry 08/16 CP - I am very frustrated and think from now on I should stick to Aquafresh - at least I can open and use their products!
