I bought a 2nd hand car from them, and when I took possession of it I noticed that there is sometings wrong with it. Some of the doors does not lock, the starter is problematic, the reverse gear sticks but the biggest problem is that there is something wrong with the steering as the car drifts all over the road. I took it back to them and they said they will sort it out. When I got it back from them they said they looked at the steering, and it was a bit better for a few days but then it started again and this time it was even worse. I took it back again and they told me that I have to sort it out with the warranty that I have on the car, and that they will provide me with the papers for the warranty. I had to wait for two months before they eventually provided me with these documents. For the last month and a half after receiving these papers I still cannot get this sorted out as the warranty only covers a certain amount and only some of the things that is wrong with the car. These problems was pre-existing so the dealership is supposed to fix them and not the warranty the dealership keeps on making excuses. It has been 6 months since I bought this car and it's still not fixed.
