To B"MW" or not to B"MW", that I'm afraid is the?

My story starts when my E90 indicated a routine oil service was needed, in addition to this I noticed an unpleasant noise coming from the car. I booked the car in and they quoted me approx R4800. The diagnostic test showed the suction pipe was the cause of the sound. After paying & collecting, I noticed the sound was still there. I took the car back, and surprise surprise, I get a new quote as actual reason for the noise was that a different part needed to be replaced&they expected me to pay which I refused to do. They then compensated for this. Anyway 1week later, all the oil from the motor leaks out while drivin and I again return the car to A Atlantic & was now quoted an additional R16000 to fix. I refused to pay as how could this happen after a OIL SERVICE WAS DONE!!! Service manager Russell had a sit down with me saying they will ask BMW for some sort of compensation to help ease the amount. After a week, he says the new quote comes to R1700 however this wouldnt guarantee that it wont happen again. My car is still leaking oil so in a nutshell, all they did was put a plaster on the wound. This place is good for when you purchase a car, after sales and service!
