How can Autozone be able to locate a part with my vehicle's make and model but Renault can not?
I have car troubles and need my "vin" number, understood. I did say my car is still standing and I am unable to provide that info at the time. Only by having phoned NHO, Chris and Wendy, finally spoken to an assist full gentleman " Thiaz " was I able to have a solution. Question remains, why did Renault not tell me on my first phone call that there is another way of retrieving your "vin" number. I personally feel that should I sell my car in the next month that I put renault behind me. We all carry a story and this is mine.
This is not the first time that I have had hiccups with Renault with regards to their Un productive way of dealing with you as a client. This is the main reason my car does not go back for services at renault itself.
