10000km Service

In December 2013 I booked my GWM Steed 5 in for a 10000km service. When I went to collect the vehicle, I noticed they had not stamped the service book. I had to request this from the person at reception, who was more interested in me settling the bill, than sorting out my request. Needless to say, this was done after a 15minute wait. I have listed below some of the problems with the vehicle following the "service".
a] the engine is over-revving and hunting;
b] there are dull white patches on the dash and door panels - following their feeble attempt at a valet;
c] upon checking the oil level - this had been over-filled; [pictures available]
d] although not replaced on a 10000km service, I should have been advised that the air filter was filthy and required replacing. Proof that they did not even check this, is that the rubber was stuck to the plastic - it was never checked; [pictures available]
Following a phone call to the Service Manager [same day], he assured me they would be contacting me to make the necessary arrangements to have the excess oil drained. Once again, "Silence Prevails".
My concern is that should there be any engine damage due to the excess oil, who is liable?
