DISGUSTING SERVICE

So sick and tired of the bad service I have had from Hyundai Midrand. Have taken my car there for a warranty claim and it has to go back for the 5th time because they cannot fix the problem and to top it all when it was there today they the boot and I cannot open it, so now i have to drive around with my laptop and bag on the floor. Easy target for the criminals. And to top it all I also have lovely finger marks all over the roof of my car where they have been "working"

I also have a rattle in my car, which i have also taken back on numerous occasions and they cannot "find" it. Today i was told it was fixed and when I was driving home the rattle is still there.

Is this the kind of service we are supposed to be happy with?
