Hi there
About a month ago I took my Kia Soul to Kia Bryanston to be serviced. On the day that I collected the car I was informed that the shocks needed to be replaced and that they have filled in the necessary warranty forms and are now waiting for the reply from warranties. I was advised to take the car - they would phone me once they had any feedback. When I got to the car it wasn't cleaned properly. When I got home I noticed that my service book wasn't stamped or filled in. I contacted Kia who apologised and said I should bring the book back to be filled in which I did. On the day that I brought the book to be stamped no record of the service could be found. I waited for about half an hour before someone was able to sort this out. I was then contacted about a week later asking me to bring the car in again as they needed to take pictures of the shocks to fill in the warranty form. I said that I thought this was attended to. I took the car back again for the pictures to be taken again having to wait for about half an hour. We are now about a month along the line. I have left numerous messages but nobody gets back to me regarding whether or not the shocks will be replaced.
