LATE REPAIR, POOR COMMUNICATION & BAD ATTITUDE

My vehicle was towed to Mccarthy Toyota Edenvale on 09/12/2013 with a broken cylinder head. After taking a week to strip the head and get approval from ToyotaCare, parts were all confirmed on 18/12/2013 and I was eventually promised delivery for 20/12/2013. The vehicle wasn't repaired and I wasn't contacted. I was also told initially that a loan car wasn't an option. I had to spend my entire December holiday with no vehicle. Naturally, I was under the impression that the vehicle would atleast be ready for me upon my return but I was later told by the service advisor, David, that the parts are stil not available (31/12/2013). I explained to him again that I need a vehicle on 06/01/2014 to go to work - he said he will get back to me but I only spoke to him again on 06/01/2014 when I could not report for work and had to get a lift to the dealer. I waited 2 hours to speak to Dion, service manager, who was completely unapologetic and not welcoming at all. I was only then told that I can get a loan car if I raise the issue with Toyota SA. Today is 08/01/2013 and I still dont have a vehicle. I have been told that the courtesy vehicle is approved but they gave it to someone else.
