Toyota Edenvale sold me a Mercedes Benz secondhand under the pretenses of it being under a Full Service Plan. I checked this with the manager and the salesman on numerous ocassions and they confirmed it every time. When the time arrives for my 1st service Mercedes tells me otherwise that I have to contribute to the service.
This is the second time I got burned by a from the sales people at McCarthy Edenvale.
The 1st time I bought I a Fortuner from them. After requesting specifically a vehicle with the correct Isofix connections for a baby seat they bring me a vehicle. I ask them whether it has the connections to which they reply that it does. Not knowing what these look like at that stage I believe them. When I buy the Isofix system and take it to a closer Toyota dealer to help me install I get told that the vehicle does not have the system. This meant I had to buy another system to install into my vehicle.
