A Limousine was hired for a WEDDING to be held on Sunday 29 September 2013. The booking was paid for and confirmed on 13 August 2013. And a further deposit for Cabriolet hire was made to their account. Around 6am we were told the driver (Kenny) is on his way to our wedding venue, only to receive a phone call around 8am from the same Kenny that the limo has broken down, when we asked Luis about the two cabri's Silver SLK and a black 330ci, Luis told us the people he had contracted are not picking up their phones, therefore not coming. Luis assured us of a full refund, surprisingly we received a deposit of R1500 out of the sum of R14 400 paid in cash to him, as his other Limo had gone to Bloemfontein. When Luis was confronted telephonically, he became aggressive and verbally abusive. He further deposited R500 and is yet to refund the R12 400.00 owed for services NOT RENDERED. We certainly will NOT RECOMMEND Ebony & Ivory Limousines - you will be greatly disappointed by the unprofessional and rude Antunes
