I had a mechanical breakdown on the 20th of February 2013. The following day the vehicle was towed to McCarthy Toyota Pinetown. This happens to be a six month old Toyota Hilux van. The vehicle has 17 000 kilometers in the clock and has had one service at 10 000 kilometers. The engine is still under warranty and as such the repairs will be done on Toyota's account. I use this vehicle for my construction business and seeing the delay in completing the repairs I enquirer on the possibility of receiving a courtesy vehicle from Toyota SA via their website under customer relations. I received a reply with the assurance that someone will be in touch with me shortly. This was on Wednesday the 27th of February 2013. I am still awaiting feedback.
