Not honouring motorplan

Today (7th January 2014) my renault went in for a service. When I purchased the vehicle I extended the service plan to a full maintenance plan so that I can have trouble free motoring. The dealership servicing my vehicle cannot get authorisation for the replacement of the brake pads due system problems. This is unaceptable, I paid a lot of money to extend the plan, now I've got to get authorisation to use it!!! Bunch of theives. I demand my money back!!!
