I purchased a Suzuki SX4 in 2010 from Suzuki Boksburg, with an extended 120 000km maintenance plan. in 2013 we needed brake pads replaced, only to be told that we don't have a maintenance plan. It turns out that Suzuki Boksburg didn't pay the maintenance complany when we paid them. now nobody want to help including SUZUKI SA, it has been 3 months now and everybody has excuses everytime I phone. SO WATCH OUT, EVEN THOUGH YOU PAY FOR A MAINTENANCE PLAN WHEN PURCHASING YOUR VEHICLE, SUZUKI MIGHT JUST DECIDE TO POCKET THE MONEY.
