Renault Centurion is probably the worst Renault branch in South Africa. I will be brief, I sent in my Renault Fluence for a standard 60000km service still covered under the service plan on Thursday 19 December 2013. This is a standard service and shouldn't take more than 2 hours to perform. That afternoon I received a call that my brake pads also have to be replaced and it will be R2900. When I said that the car has a FULL maintenance plan they replied that they don't have any record of it. Backwards and forwards for another day I gave them all the supporting paperwork until they agreed to perform all the additional work under the maintenance plan. However, they couldn't complete the work until the 23'rd of December because they didn't have stock of the correct brake pads. When I eventually received my car at 18:20, the car was smeared on the inside and outside with greasy hands, and the service light wasn't reset on the car. The car broke down on the 26'th of December when the new "utility belt" aka fanbelt snapped whilst driving on the highway. Fast forward to the 6'th of January I only received my car. No service record, no nothing. Car still dirty. UNACCEPTABLE!
