Maintenance Plan Disappears

I bought a new Citroen DS3 Sport in Nov'12. In the deal structure was an Extended Warrantee & a Maintenance Plan. On 12 Dec'13 I took the vehicle to Citroen East Rand for the replacement of the brake pads & learned that they could not find the Maintenance Plan on the system. They confirmed that there is a Maintenance plan, but no policy nr was linked to it. I then agreed to pay the Invoice for R1 781.58, them agreeing to find out the problem & refunding me as soon as the policy nr can be found. I was also advised to contact my Finance provider, ABSA Vehicle Finance then informed me that McCarthy invoiced the bank for the Maintenance Plan, I informed Khulani at Citroen Customer Relations of this and she approached various parties on my behalf. Now since 28 Dec'13 to date I have spoken to numerous people at Bidvest (Vernon Govender), Citroen Customer Relations (Khulani Mnyathleli), McCarthy (a person by the name of Mulungisi) & Kempston Motor Group to no avail. I've been told various stories such as: "miswording on documents", "the maintenance plan is actually the Extended Warrantee", it's McCarthy's responsibility, it's Kemptson responsibility etc... I'm now at the point where I can
