NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I phoned the 0860 030303 number to on Sat 14 Dec to request an urgent windscreen replacement asap. A car on the N1 at Midrand had thrown what looked like a piece of metal onto my car's windscreen & badly cracked it! I was asked to phone back on Mon 16th Dec as they could not leave a message for the service centre to come replace on Tuesday (the soonest working day). I found that very strange & reminded him that Monday was a public holiday. He said it was the only way to get the windcreen replaced urgently.
So, I phoned back on Monday and spoke to Melissa (Ref.#2279492). She was polite and promised me that she would make a note on the system that it is urgent so that the nearest (Randburg) PG Glass would get hold of me on Tues 17th Dec & arrange the replacement. I reiterated the urgency of the replacement and asked that they please replace the windscreen before my holiday travels.
I'm STILL waiting for anyone at PG Glass to contact me and arrange the replacement. I had to travel from Jhb to PE & back on the 19th Dec with an unroadworthy vehicle because the cracked windscreen wasn't replaced.
This is a perfect eg. of shocking customer service! No care or concern whatsoever!
