I have received the worst service ever from PG Glass Benoni. After a telephonic conversation and an email going out on the 25th of March to Ashwin, thinking this will be sorted quickly for a replacement of a windscreen. I followed up on the 9th of April and spoke to Natasha who informed me that Ashwin was on training for 3 days. I then went into the branch and was promised that this would be sorted. It is now the 16th of April and I still don't have a windscreen replacement. I have left messages with no response. This type of service is shocking and will definitely rather take my business elsewhere.
