Bad service after they made a mistake!

Our car broke down on our way to Kleinmond for a holliday (from PRETORIA) we seeked the services of volvo cape town.
Between all the holidays it was a pain to get the car fixed. but they ordered the parts from PTA and they arrived on the 2nd we phoned and checked. they said car will be ready by the 3rd lunchtime.
We phone again the morning of the 3rd and still they said luchtime.
we had to ask family to came and fetch us and take as there. got there car not done 2pm.
phoned as 4pm sorry they do not have all the parts! everything was not in the box had to order again! they did not even checked the order when they got it and let as drive 2hours for nothing!
will get the car maybe on the 6th. so there we sit in cape town with two toddlers! no car! are they willing to help. No!
their mistake and we have to sit with all the drama! also now missing 2 days of work! after we complain still they feel no need to compensate as! pay to hire a car on any sort of sorry!
We spend R33000 there and that is what we get! we did not go to a back yard mechanic because we wanted good service since we still have to go back home!
It is a big company! if you make a mistake you fix it! not the custome
