I am so disappointed! We paid R21 000 for a service to our Volvo S40, a week ago.
On Friday there was a funny noise and it spent the weekend at your workshop where no one was able to help, to be told on Monday that something wasn't tightened properly under the car where the motor is kept.
We asked for a car to be given to us during that weekend and were told only at our expense, even though it was Volvo cape towns fault that the service was not done professionally.
Today, the starter motor won't work and the car won't start.
I am terribly annoyed with Volvo Cape Town, we spent a lot of money on our service and expect it to be done in a manner where there should be no problems. The car has only done 85 500km.
Our family has 4 Volvos, all bought from the same consultant, here's to not getting another one.
