8 weeks without my ca

This report is for both Volvo & Discovery Insure:
* Volvo Umhlanga received my car on the day of a deluge in Durban on 30 November 2013
* It took about 10 days for them to inspect the car, 4 weeks later (with numerous parts replacements) to tell me they couldn't find the fault, and finally 5 weeks after it arrived at their door that it was water damage.
* Andrew, the manager, has been a star in all of this despite the workshop service
* Discovery insure have now taken 3 WEEKS to decide what's happening with STILL no conclusion. We phone repeatedly - even Volvo is frustrated since they want to fix the thing & get their courtesy car back (thanks again to Andrew).
I'm a REP who cannot use my company petrol card in all of this! I'm broke and frustrated!
Please Volvo & Discovery: SPEAK to each other, and when you finally decide what the is happening, CALL ME. I'm not going anywhere.
