My car is at Volvo for a 100000KM service. They need to order parts for my car that was found faulty while car is at Volvo dealer for service. Now I cant get my car back for 5 days because if I drive it over 100000KM while they wait for the parts its not covered anymore. This is ridicules to say the least the parts was found faulty by a dealer before 100000KM. It should be replaced under warranty even if I drive it over 100000KM.
My car is at Leon's auto Rustenburg where I have always got great service. Now Volvo SA prevents them from doing so.
