I ordered from Nandos Springs last week, when i received my order it was wrong! I did not phone to complain i just left it. Today i ordered from them again (big mistake), i placed my order at 12:11 after an hour and 20 min I phoned them to hear where my order was! They told me it is on it way, I waited for 15min and phoned again tell them to cancel my order as it is unacceptable to wait so long for a delivery. I ordered food from somewhere els. After 2hours (since I placed my order) they arrived at my house! I told them to take the order back as I don't want it and I canceled the order, how can an order take more than 2hours to deliver AND no one even phone to tell me what is going on!!! I DEMAND compensation from Nandos the order I placed was over R300.00 If they don't want business then they must close their doors!!!
