I bought my car Nov 2011. Odo was faulty, & small patch of seat stitching was loose. Volvo said the odo had been replaced, & it needed to be "reset" to get the correct reading on contract. Assured that both would be repaired within the month.. 1 month later took the car in, I could collect the car the next day. I had to relocate within a month. On collection, nothing was fixed. Workshop said they had ordered a odo, & seat cover and Volvo would contact me at my new location when the parts arrived. Did not happen. Communication from my side for months. "The workshop would phone me back to sort this out.", this never happened. Contacted Volvo at my new location. 3 months and communications with Volvo Bloemfontein linked, to authorise the process. 2 months later, odo was fixed, not the seat. A photo was took and Volvo said they need to send the photo to head office for approval. A month went by, I phoned Volvo. "The photo was to dark", I took a new pic and sent it in. Emails and 3 months later I phoned them again. "The warranty period for interiors lasts a year". Volvo told me they would fix it, & the Odo. Very disappointing trying for a year to get fixed. Dont think its my fault
