BAD ATTITUDE WITH MANAGEMENT

Prices are competitive, however service is appalling.

Quoting for a vehicle is done in lighting speed but should you be faced with a problem management would find all excuses to shy away from their responsibility of making the client (me) happy.

My car was to be ready on a Saturday in March this year, I arrived all smiles to collect and the person in charge had gone off on leave and a proper handover was not conducted hence leaving me without a car.

After much work on my side, i.e. Calling the relevant people involved, one person was able to assist me in getting my car sorted.

It was literally one of the most difficult transactions ever experienced, and this was to be a milestone in my life and one of the happiest moments.

My car was unwrapped, no gifts were provided, and feedback had to be drained out of store management - it was a stressful day!! As a girl, this is not the most ideal image of a special day such as this one.

After much emails and phone calls to higher management, the store manager called to apologise for the poor service i had encountered. Here I thought that they had actually acknowledged their wrong doing.

I was promised a full tank of fuel
