Thrifty over charged us on the 17th of April 2013, money was transferred according to them back to our account on the 19th of April 2013& was supposed to be cleared after 7 days. After 7 working days NO money. They changed from 7 days to 14 working days, After 14 days still NO money. They changed from 14 days to 19 working days, After 19 days still NO money. 21 working days have passed & we haven't received our refund, just telling us stories.
Our next step if HelloPeter can't resolve this matter in 24hrs is Southern African Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (SAVRALA)
