BEX has had my package (according to WantItAll) since the 23rd December 2013. Everytime I phone I get given the run around about some agents that need to deliver it and I live in a regional area and it is the silly season. What a load of BULL!!!
I ordered coffee from Nespresso on the 29th December and it was delivered to me, in my regional area, on the 31st. BEX is just pathetic and worthless. When I phoned them for the 7th time, then all of a sudden they didn't know where my package was.
Now apparently all deliveries are returning to normal on Monday. Fat lot of good that does me. Xmas has passed and I am going on leave.
Never use BEX for your deliveries.
