I have been waiting for a parcel from the USA FROM LAST YEAR November!
Eventually when i got my invoice for custom clearance payment (which was most definitely more than what needed to be paid) on 19 December, I paid said invoice IMMEDIATELY and in full like I always do and sent the proof of payment to the assigned email address as requested.
I already had to request that the package be redirected to my home address as our offices had already closed for the year (due to your incompetence).
I have since then spoken to 4 call centre operators, the last of whom was Hector Malimela, AND EACH TIME I RESENT ALL THE PAPERWORK.
Now i am back at work again on Monday already AND I STILL HAVE NOT HAD ANY FEEDBACK ABOUT MY PARCEL!!!
I expect this to be sorted out immediately, and I am sick and tired of your Company's bad service!
