Tonight (26 December 2013) I phoned the Steers in Three Rivers to find out whether they do deliveries, and somebody, whoever I was talking to, and whom wasnt very friendly, told me that they dont do deliveries. I then drive approx 3km to the branch, and see people infact doing deliveries. I placed my order and then asked the person helping me, Deidre, whether they deliver, and she told me that they infact do. When I told her my story, she apologised, which I appreciate much.
I can also not complain about the service of the branch whatsoever, it's on a very high standard, and I will definitively return in future. I just wanted to bring the incident under your attention as to reduce the risk of similar incidents occuring in future, which might affect your client base negatively.
