On Thursday the 31st January I made use of several of postnet Kenilworth Centre's (Cape Town) sevices, including a fax to two different locations in Gauteng. I was promised a call back as the queue for faxes was long, no call back and when i returned to the store at 17:10pm that day i was greeted with an unprofessional sulk by its two employees. Apparently even though the store closes at 17:30pm (Or at least thats what the times says on the door) its employees are allowed to shut shop at 17:10pm with some leaving to catch their transport just after 17:00pm.
As one of my faxes did not go though i then asked for a refund and was told by your 'inconvenienced' employee that Postnet Kenilworth does not do refunds, has Postnet heard of the National Consumer Act? Its also pretty ironic that a store servicing the professional sector at large is so unprofessional itself.
