I went into the postnet Ballito branch on the 7th January 2014 at 1:07 pm. As one of the ladies assisted me I was uncertain of using postnet because of their charges of R1 per minute on their computer and I was referred to another local store for alternative pricing.
On discussing the issue with my wife, I came back about 10 min later deciding to use postnets service. I was virtually ignored by two of the three ladies present there for some time.
As Nondumiso Tshemese completed with her customer, she assisted me. Nondumiso was so helpful that I think I had typed my document, had three copies printed and all three laminated within 10 minutes.
