Expedited... no way, waiting for over a month

My package from China had no value indicated. They called me once and left a voicemail I couldn't even understand. I got the tracking number from China. Faxed the invoice 10 days ago. No change. Help line puts you on hold for 10 minutes then cuts off. No response to emails. Horrible service!!! STILL DON'T HAVE MY PACKAGE EE860866412CN
