Today, my sister bank card was used to hire a car at avis. They paid R 5000.00 for the rental. I then called avis but was told to call the next day because there is nothing they can do... but what they dont understand is the car that was hired with my sisters card will not be returned. They will have enough time to remove the tracking device the car will not be recovered. I understad its holidays but someone should be on standby, the / thefts could have been cort and procecuted if someone acted on my tip... avis management i hope you see the loop holes in your system. Unless its okay to be loosing your cars in this mannor. I dont understand why we should be reactive and not proactive. It seems this was planned as they the criminals knows how you operate... Iam very disappointed that the criminals will get away this without any effort.
