I took my car in at BMW clubmotors randburg on the 17th of December 2013 for a warning light. I was told that day the machine cannot read what's wrong with the car so they need to code it again. The next day 18th I was told there's a problem with the intercooler. It went for repairs that Thursday 19th. I had to call them countless times, leaving messages for the service consultant (Ellias) to call me back. After 4 hours of waiting I spoke to a manager who got ELlias to call me back. Feedback was, the intercooler cannot be repaired, I told them to put in a new unit. They said it will only b there Monday (23rd). Monday comes, i call BMW to ask what's going on, Ellias says the part has been installed but there's still a warning light. I'm surprised now as to why the problem stil persist bcos the problematic part was replaced. I recieved a call on the 24th from Ellias saying they testing the car looks like there's no warning light. At 11 I call him he says his waiting for the manager to come back with the car. At 13:05 I call BMW and nobody answers. I drive to clubmotors and nobody is at work. How can 1 not give feedback before leaving work and not even notify me! This is bad service!
