I drive a Golf 6 GTI & a day before it had to go for service it broke down. It was towed to VW Booysens for repairs. From the first day i dealt with Wesley Dundee that told me my car is still under factory warranty & I need not pay for anything. They took 3 weeks to "FIX" my car all this time I was not given a courtesy car. I received my car back on the 30 Jan 2013, the Friday, 1 FEB, I had to take my car back again because of a engine warning light going on. I was late for a meeting at work. While in the meeting I received a call from Wesley advising me that they only noticed now that my car is out of factory warranty & I need to pay R10800. To cut a long story short I went to the dealership and explained what I have been told for the past 3 weeks. We settled the matter however my car is still not FIXED and has an oil leak as well. Today, 2 Feb 2013 the engine warning light is on again - I had YES VW HAD plans for the weekend that I needed to cancel because I can't drive the car like that neither can I drive the car with a oil leak. I WILL BE BACK ON MONDAY THE 4 FEB - I PRAY YOU GET IT WRITE THIS TIME & I GET A CURTISY CAR, MY LIVE CANT BE ON HOLD BECAUSE OF UR POOR WORKMANSHIP.
