My christmas gift is still not delivered, because nobody bothered to tell me they delivering even though i was at the premises of delivery! Apparently my parcel was going to be delivered but Courier it couldnt afford to make a phone call to inform me even though i was waiting! This is poor poor service and even after calling the call centre nobody was willing to deliver it even though i am 10 kms away! Please stay away from this courier company!
